. Redi-Rail Rung Fastener
Rung Fastener Features:
- ¼"-20 threads and a hex head sized to fit any standard
3/8" wrench or socket.
- Washer head designed to allow the fastener to be torqued to
high values (18 ft/lbs.) without stripping.
- Made from heat-treated carbon steel and coated with chromium
zinc to withstand up to 400 hours of salt spray.
- Load Testing - Pullout from rung tested at over 3000 lbs.
|
. Holes Throughout Redi-Rail System
The holes throughout the
Redi-Rail system perform many different
functions:
- Act as holes for splice plate hardware.
- If the tray must be field-cut, the tray may be cut through
the center of a hole. This allows a splice plate to be attached to the next set of holes
without field drilling.
- Allow rungs to be repositioned.
- The hanger rod bracket may be attached at any open bottom
hole.
- Allows easy attachment of accessory items requiring ¼"
hardware (or smaller) such as conduit clamps, electrical boxes, wire basket runway,
bonding jumpers, etc.
|
. Hanger Rod Bracket Ready for Installation
The hanger rod bracket speeds installation:
- Allows the installer to attach brackets into any open hole
at the bottom of the side rail.
- Allows the brackets to be mounted offset from one another
(not directly across as with a trapeze) for low-load applications. This allows the
installer to work around existing obstructions.
- May be used for hanging Redi-Rail tray at angles up to 45°
since the single-bolt attachment allows the
tray to swivel to the desired vertical
position.
- Tested successfully for tray loads
over 115 lbs./ft.
|
. Redi-Rail Splice Plates
Redi-Rail splice plates:
- Allow the rigid connection of Redi-Rail straight sections
and fittings.
- Listed as a UL grounding conductor.
- Tested successfully to meet or exceed tray load capacity
(including splices will not degrade the load carrying capacity of the tray system).
- Included with all Redi-Rail straight sections and fittings.
|
. Redi-Rail Flex Connectors
Flex Connectors:
- Allow adjustment in a Redi-Rail tray run both horizontally
and vertically.
- Horizontal adjustment range: 0° to 90°
- Vertical adjustment range: -15° to 15°
- Two options available:
- Pair of Flex Connectors
- Pair of Flex Connectors with Support Rung
- Listed as a UL grounding conductor.
